The players were given their of���cial Reebok game kicks and they all suited up. The vibe in the room transitioned. The players became more and more focused and it got more and more quiet. A nice-sized crowed stayed after the Nets game to catch the Midnight Run action, making the experience even more special for the players. Once they were all individually introduced, it was ���nally game time. Boston and New York played the first game, with NYC grinding out a tough victory. Chicago and D.C played the next game, 46 and it was a scrappy one. D.C. got off to a slow start, trailing 12-1 at one point. Chicago was looking sharp, but D.C didn���t go down easy. They came back in the end and had a chance in the closing seconds thanks to a deep three by playground legend Baby Shaq. Down by three with one last chance, a successful inbound pass to the opposite corner gave them an opportunity to send the game
